Party Style: Be Brave

Be brave

How INSANE is this dress?!

As part two of my party style series, I thought I would go for something more daring and get the legs out…

I would normally shy away from such a high split, but this time I decided to decided to be brave and just go for it.

I think opting for a dress like this in black makes it a lot more wearable than any other colour.

The dress comes with a leotard attached, which means you’re not at risk of flashing anyone! That said, the leotard is quite high cut, so I would pop on some hotpants for a bit of extra coverage if I felt I needed it.

The heels

If you’re a regular reader of my style posts, you will have seen these heels featured previously.

I thought they were the perfect addition for this outfit, as they’re black they don’t detract from the daring cut of the dress, but the intricate cut out design keeps them interesting.

They are quite a high heel, which I feel really helps to give my legs a lot more definition.

The floral crown

I wanted to wear a statement piece of jewellery for this outfit, to compliment the dress, and I think this floral crown is perfect!

The crown sits perfectly on my head, the only thing I would perhaps do next time i wear it is pin some sections of hair around it to cover the hair grips on the crown.

Next week is the last post in my party style series, so make sure you check back for that!
