A cleansing duo from L’Occitane

L’Occitane cleansing duo

I’ve made a cleansing switch recently, so I thought I would share the products that I’ve switched into my routine. If you’ve read my skincare posts before, you’ll know that I love a double cleanse and I tend to like to use an oil before moving onto a cream/gel for a really deep clean. The duo I have to share today are both from L’Occitane and after adding them to my routine I’ve been really enjoying using them to keep my skin clear and hydrated.

L'Occitane cleansing oil

The oil makeup remover

This is what I start my cleansing routine with, and after using micellar water to get the majority of my makeup off this is great for lifting the more stubborn bits. I also find it’s great to use after a long day in the city, as it removes any grime before I go in for a proper cleanse afterwards.

One pump is plenty for my whole face, and the light oil works into my skin really nicely. I remove with a damp cloth – nice and easy!

I’ve actually steered clear of cleansing foams for a while now. I feel the majority leave my skin feeling tight and lacking hydration. That said, this one is actually really gentle and since using it I’ve noticed it leaves my skin feeling lovely and soft. Again, like the cleansing oil, one pump is enough for a full face and after working it into my skin I simply remove with a damp cloth.

Have you tried any L’Occitane skincare products before? I would love to know what you think and what your skincare routines are like, so let me know in the comments below!
