Soap and Glory have launched haircare (here’s what’s worth checking out)

Soap and Glory haircare launch party

Soap and Glory haircare

Soap and Glory have been a favourite brand of mine for a while now (yes, I’m one of those people who get excited about finding out what will be in their star gift every Christmas) so when I was invited down to the launch of their brand new haircare range I immediately said YES.

There’s a few Soap and Glory products that are now staples for me (the Clean On Me shower cream, Peaches and Clean deep cleansing milk and Thick and Fast mascara, to name a few) so I was excited to see if any of the new haircare products would jump out to me and become firm favourites.

Of course, I was only given a preview, and over the next few weeks I will be testing the products to see which ones I really become attached to, but for today I thought I would share the products I’m most excited to try and the ones I think I’ll re-purchase.

Get A Smooth On shampoo and conditioner – My hair is thick and wavy, which means that some days I have perfect beachy waves without even trying and others…well it looks a bit more like a haystack! The Get A Smooth On shampoo and conditioner are perfect for keeping my hair sleek and manageable. They also contain marula oil and shea butter – heaven.

Junk The Gunk charcoal shampoo – I don’t currently use a deep cleansing shampoo, but after hearing about this one (and kindly being gifted one) I’m going to be adding it to my haircare routine! I’ll be using it once a week to get rid of product buildup and keep my hair squeaky clean.

Wonder Serum multi action spray – I always like to use a serum on my hair once I’ve washed and towel dried my hair, so I’m excited to see how this measures up to others on the market. This one is anti-breakage and also promises to detangle, tame frizz and protect against heat.

Control Sleek smoothing cream – This is the product I’m most excited about – it promises to keep frizz at bay and is heat activated! Apply a small amount to freshly washed hair, then blow dry and straighten to activate it. I’m excited to see the effect this has on my hair.
