A day in Connaught Village

Connaught Village

I love discovering new places to shop in London, and after a jam packed weekend of Halloween parties and travelling Freya and I treated ourselves to a day off work and a little shopping trip!

We were invited down to Connaught Village for a day of pampering, food and clothes and I thought I would share the day with you here…

fe hair and beauty pot fe hair and beauty navy nails manicure

Fe Hair and Beauty

Our first stop was Fe Hair and Beauty where we had one of the most amazing manicures.

I opted for a dark navy colour and I think the colour suited my newly dark locks perfectly.

Our manicure also included a hand massage which honestly felt amazing, it was the perfect way to start our jam-packed day!

Stuzzico pumpkin ravioli dish

After our manicures, we popped into Stuzzico for some lunch and I went for the pumpkin ravioli which was honestly amazing.

I love really simple pasta dishes and this was so tasty, I quickly finished the whole plate.

I didn’t know about Stuzzico before our trip, but I’m definitely going to visit again soon.

me and em style

One of my favourite shops in Connaught Village is ME+EM and you can see how I styled a couple of their pieces in this blog post.

I loved the clean, minimalistic style of their clothing and every piece I tried on felt so luxurious.

Kokoro jewelled bangle

If you’re into more vibrant, quirky pieces then Kokoro is the boutique for you.

They had some really amazing printed pieces on display, including a hand painted Prada bag, and I really liked how colourful and exciting the shop was.

Lucy Choi

I’m a sucker for pretty shoes and Lucy Choi‘s shop was packed full of them!

Surrounded by so many gorgeous heels, it was hard to pick a pair to try on but this metallic pair were my absolute favourite of the lot.

Cocomaya walnut cake

After all of that shopping, it was time to re-fuel with some sweet treats.

Cocomaya have an amazing selection of cakes and pastries and we sampled their scones, walnut cake and brownies.

The cheesecake brownie was seriously amazing and the scones are brilliant too.

Kurobuta tuna sashimi pizza

We ended our day in Connaught Village at Kurobuta where we tried some of their tapas-style Japanese BBQ food.

My favourites were the pork belly steamed buns and tuna sashimi pizza, I’ve never tried anything like them before and they were delicious!

I really enjoyed our day in Connaught Village, it was nice to spend a day relaxing and I can’t wait to go back.
