Nashville thrift shop look book

Thrift shopping

I’m not gonna lie, as much as I enjoy shopping the high street, nothing gives me more satisfaction than scouring the rails at a thrift shop and finding an absolute bargain. During my recent visit to Nashville, I picked up some total STEALS so today I thought I would share them all with you!

Velvet navy dress
ASOS rose gold sunglasses

Navy velvet midi dress – $9.98

I had to do a bit of repair work on the neckline of this, but it was 100% worth it because it’s such a gorgeous dress and it fits me like a glove. I love the dark navy colour, and velvet is one of my favourite fabrics to wear because it feels so rich and goes great with lots of things. I’ve been pairing this with chunky white trainers to keep it casual, and I’m sure it’s one I’ll get a lot of wear out of in Spring and Summer.

Nashville thrift shop look book
Radley cream shoulder bag

Floral printed vintage dress – $2.50

This dress was SUCH a steal, and when I spotted the price I just had to make it mine! I love the vintage feel of this, and I think it looks great belted. I’ve worn it here with trainers and my cream Radley shoulder bag, but it would be equally cute with a black mini shoulder bag and kitten heels for a more formal look.

Velvet lumber jack shirt
Black snake print pointed boots

Velvet lumberjack shirt – $6.98

I love an oversized shirt, and this one is so unusual I had to buy it for myself! I love the combination of the lumberjack style of shirt and velvet material (how did I manage to pick up two velvet things from the same shop 😂) and it goes perfectly with black skinny jeans and a pair of killer boots! Speaking of which…

Black snake print boots – $6.98

OMFG when I spotted these beauties I did a little dance and squeal because they’re so my style and fit like a dream! They really give me Balenciaga Knife Boot vibes and I think they look 100% kick ass. These will go with loads of things in my wardrobe, and I’m sure they will become a staple of what I wear!
