Western style boots

If you’re a regular reader here, you’ll remember that a couple of weeks ago I shared a few Autumn style trends I couldn’t wait to dive into. So today, I thought I would delve deeper into one of those trends – Western style boots!

Funnily enough, shortly after writing that post (and lusting after a fair few pairs of Western style boots) Pretty Little Thing got in touch and asked if I would like to be gifted a few items to wear for an event I am attending with them this coming week. Of course, the first thing I searched for was a pair of Western style boots and voila! They had the most perfect pair that I have fallen head over heels for.

They’re a shiny black croc material, they’re super pointy, they have a small block heel so they’re easy to walk in and comfy – they’re basically my most perfect Western style boot and I’m sure I will get a lot of wear out of them this Autumn!

Here’s a couple of similar pairs:

The rest of the outfit…

I’ve been loving a more neutral colour palette recently, so it’s not surprise that I went for super skinny black jeans and a cosy loose knit jumper with this outfit. I think a pair of black skinny jeans are timeless, and I tend to wear mine to the point of getting holes in them (which I then have to keep sewing up until they’re at the point of no return)!

Personally, I think ASOS do the best jeans, so I would definitely recommend treating yourself to this pair.

In terms of jumpers, I’m desperate to add some more to my wardrobe right now but I haven’t yet parted with my money for any (I’m sure that will change soon). So this loose knit is actually from a while back and is now sold out! I really love the balloon sleeves on it, and it pairs really well with lots of the denim, skirts and dresses in my wardrobe right now.

The accessories

Of course, I had to give this gorgeous Radley bag another outing with this outfit! Like the jumper, I’ve had this bag for nearly a year so unfortunately it is no longer available! I just love how it looks with this outfit, and the pattern on the strap is really pretty.

You’re probably sick to death of these sunglasses, they’re all I wear right now! They’re from ASOS and I think the modern design is really flattering and cool. I think I’ll seriously struggle to find another pair I love as much as these.

Ps. Steph Yeboah helped me to shoot these photos, so big thanks to her!
