I’m VERY late in writing this up as this collection launched last month, but I have some mixed feelings about it so thought I would share a review now anyway! There’s quite a few products in the Feels collection – an eyeshadow palette, a highlight and contour palette, three highlighters and three lip glosses. Personally, I think the collection could have done without the single highlighters as there’s already a palette full of them and I don’t tend to use single highlighters (or shadows). That said, the single highlighters are very striking, so I can see why they were included!

These 3D highlighters are really gorgeous and eye-catching! That said, I don’t really see myself using them that much as my makeup looks tend to stay on the tame side. As you can see from the swatches, they’re not a blinding highlight, but could be built up to something more impactful. These are definitely for those who love a bold makeup look, and would reflect amazingly on a night out! They’re £5 each so won’t break the bank.
Again, apart from the pink shade from these three I don’t see myself using these Lip Toppers from the Feels collection. That said, I think the brown would look absolutely amazing on darker skin tones! I’ll be saving these for warmer weather, when I want a more natural skin finish, a coat of mascara on my lashes and a swipe of gloss on my lips. I love how glittery these are, and at £4 each they’re a great price.
Makeup Obsession have launched a couple of these highlight and contour palettes and with each one I end up thinking they work way better as eyeshadow palettes! The colours are just gorgeous, especially the pink and peachy highlighters which will be great for spring and summer. It’s £10, which is a steal for nine shades that are so versatile.
The standouts for me in the Feels eyeshadow palette are those lighter shades – the pinks, peaches and champagnes. They’re just stunning and I love using them to create eyeshadow looks! That said, when I do use this palette the pink colouring of the palette packaging ALWAYS transfers onto my hands, which is such a nightmare when you’re getting ready to go out! I really wish this palette didn’t do that because it’s gorgeous. So if you’re going to use it, make sure you cover your hands while holding it! It’s £10, so great value – shame about the colour transfer.
